I see what they did there. They're implying that the biggest threat that can cause racism is not by those who've been discriminated or experience racism themselves. The biggest threat that can cause racism is by the ones who've been raised and taught to be racist since their childhood regardless whether they themselves experienced discrimination or not.

Seeing racism in reality now, I have to say they absolutely have a fair point there.

After all, everything depends on next generation. We have to teach them racism and discrimination aren't good things. Nobody is born evil. We make them evil.
